Kern’s Kitchen ships customer orders via UPS or other recognized package delivery services, typically with an insulated liner and ice pack. We ship customer orders on Monday-Friday. Most west coast orders will ship on Monday. If a customer has a particularly larger order or special shipping needs, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. The normal transit time for most customer orders is from 1 to 3 days for most parts of the continental United States.
Kern's Kitchen does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any of our products unless the issue causing a request for return, exchange or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods. In each case Kern’s Kitchen will make the determination as to whether a return, exchange or refund will be granted.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or for issues which arise due to weather, mechanical problems, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, civil disorders, safety concerns, inaccurate shipping information, or any matter that is beyond our control. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges under those circumstances. Although we have no responsibility for shipping errors, if a customer believes that our products have been damaged due to the fault of the shipping carrier, we will provide reasonable assistance to the customer with the claims procedure of the shipping carrier that is involved.
