Our History

A fourth-generation owned and operated family business, Kern's Kitchen's Derby-Pie® has been a Bluegrass delicacy for over 70 years. From 3 pies at a time in a standard kitchen oven to 240 pies at a time in our three commercial ovens, we've maintained the beloved, homemade taste of Great Grandma Leaudra for over seven decades.
