Shipping Delays: If your pie takes longer than 10 business days to arrive, we'll issue a full refund.
Damaged Product: If your pie arrives damaged, with a crushed, broken, or smashed crust and filling, we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delay is on our end.
